With a passion for helping clients buy and sell real estate in the Triangle, Charity Peterson brings a reputation of integrity and patience with a proven track record of success to Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston.
Charity is a natural problem-solver who treats every home purchase and sale with the individual attention that each deserves. With vigor and determination, she works to produce the very best results for her clients. She knows the quintessential "ins and outs" of the Triangle real estate market to help both buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Charity has earned a reputation as always being a champion for her clients and providing service beyond their expectations.
Prior to embarking on a real estate career, Charity worked in both the public and private sector as a Geographic Information Systems Specialist focusing on municipality planning. This background translates seamlessly into her real estate career by applying city planning expertise obtained by working with government agencies and the private sector to provide her clients with a competitive edge.
Outside of the office, Charity enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling the world and watching/playing tennis. Her current goal is to combine her love of tennis and travel by attending all of the Grand Slam tennis tournaments. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering on her favorite teams. Go Canes! Go Vols!
